BK tiles (KC method)
Utilized for the renovation of platforms, pedestrian bridges, and sidewalks! Quick curing allows for construction in a short time.
The "BK Tile (KC Method)" involves placing a mold made of foamed plastic on the construction surface, filling it with a resin mortar mixed with ceramic aggregates, and after the resin mortar hardens, removing the mold to achieve a tile-like or stone-like finish. It has a three-dimensional feel and beautifully matches urban landscapes and natural environments. Additionally, it exhibits excellent durability with minimal wear even under harsh conditions, such as at platforms where many passengers come and go over a long period. 【Features】 ■ Construction can be completed in a short period, allowing for early opening ■ Excellent durability, including weather resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance ■ Design that combines tile length, decorative patterns, and ceramic aggregates ■ The MMA resin used in the KC method has waterproofing properties ■ Slip-resistant even when wet, with moderate slip resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
